Confident Ladies

Bebby
Would like to begin by thanking all readers on bebby's blog.  It has been such a long time, sorry for the long silence. Thankfully, I'm back with more spice and as a better blogger.

It would not be complete without a Confident Woman Feature, you guys rock.
Welcome toThe Confident Woman  blog also to be called the Confident Woman Diaries.

The Confident woman series began as a desire to inspire women through the use of social media. It is also a medium to encourage women out there and put a smile on their faces. Learn from each other, build and lift each other with words of encouragement.

I would have posts varying from fashion tips, relationships such as personal, workplace, social e.t.c. and how to be on top of things. Women must be encouraged to be confident and not let people pull them down with words or actions, but be able to confidently stand unfazed. Women are gifted and talented multi-taskers, as such have the ability to achieve a lot in a day. They should learn to drive other women for success and be a support system to one another.

This is to be a hub for women to share and contribute to the blog or share your story as a confident woman.

Please email Bebby at sparkitnigeria@gmail.com to share your stories so we can post it and have women learn from you.

Your story can be on starting a business, relationship, life as a student, how you conquered and weathered a storm etc.

Your's truly,
Bebby ima

The Budget Student

SHOPPING ON A BUDGET AS A SINGLE LADY  All my single ladies (in Beyounce's voice). I am a single lady who lives on a budget.  I make it my business to know where to get all the really good stuff at a very good price too. I target the really juicy sales, i never miss an opportunity to strike a good bargain. So if you are a single lady, who like me are on a 'not so juicy paycheck' or living on daddy and mummy's pocket cash.  I will like to share with you on how to make the most of it, as a student, a youth corper, an employee or even a boss lady. You can thank me later. Why must you shop on a budget? Trust me lady, you don't want to spend money without direction and be left feeling really sad because deep down you know you have wasted your fund.  Another reason to spend on a budget is so that you can save for the rainy day or for that really lovely designer stuff, a vacation or for an event. It's true that a person who can properly plan ...

The Lost Opportunities

Lost Opportunities and the Lessons They Leave Behind Have you ever looked back and thought, “If only I had done this differently…”? If we’re being honest, most of us have. Regrets have a way of creeping into our memories, nudging us to reflect on the choices we made or failed to make. But what really informs the decisions we take? How do we know which path deserves a “yes” and which deserves a firm “no”? By definition, opportunity is a favorable set of circumstances that makes progress possible. Some describe it as a chance, a moment, or a window in time when action could change everything. And here’s the truth: opportunities aren’t just the big, shiny doors we dream about; they’re woven into everyday life. Each day hands us chances to learn, love, impact someone, make progress, or even just pause to appreciate life. The problem is, many of us don’t notice them until they’ve slipped away. In this post, let’s explore life’s rare opportunities the kind that could alter the co...

Soft Life Is Not a Crime: Why Nigerian Women Are Choosing Peace Over Pressure

There’s a quiet revolution happening, and women all over the world are embracing it. We’re tired of glorifying stress. Tired of breaking our backs to prove we’re “strong.”  As a matter of fact, I've often heard people say afterall "there's no trophy for who suffered the most". This year, more women are unapologetically choosing the soft life, a life of ease, peace, self-care, and boundaries. And let me say this loud and clear: soft life is not laziness.  It’s healing. In this post, I’m sharing why I would choose soft living over and over again, what it really means (beyond Instagram aesthetics). Then how you can start your soft life journey, without going broke. What Is Soft Life, Really? It’s not just sipping wine in silk robes. Soft life is saying: - “No” without guilt. - Prioritizing mental health & wellness. - Slowing down to enjoy small joys. - Resting without shame. - Yes to healthy relationships & boundaries. - Yes to peace, beauty & amb...
