I want to lose weight

Hi, we are just about to enter into spring in the UK,it was all wet and cloudy,a good day to stay in bed and blog.

You know that feeling when you are dressing up to go out and you just do not fit into your good clothes anymore?

Well,  that's what I have gone through these past couple of months...phew!!!
I've had to go shopping to get bigger clothes,my God I have watched 2 dress sizes bigger in a few months and if I don't do something it will get worse. And to think am on a tight budget now, changing my wardrobe every time won't help me stay on budget now.

When I first came to the United Kingdom I was a dress size 12 now am a size 16,oh I no longer drink fizzy drinks and i try to cut back on what I eat and still I 'rise'(get bigger)....But yes I have finally decided to lose some weight, first thing is i decided for real to lose weight. Yes I just bought me a value weighing scale from Argos, exercise mat, got me some floor exercises on DVD and now I will go treadmill walking henceforth.

Oh people wish me luck!!!

But just to let you all know I do really think big is beautiful, most of my girlfriends are big, bold and beautiful girls....I love being big too but people keep telling me for my height being a size 12 suits me better.
Well, next week I'll let you all see me doing my thing trying to lose weight.
This is Bebby's Blog, I got so much to share with you all on my blog as I blog about long distance relationships, how to shop on a really small budget, and many more. Have a lovely new week friends.....

cheers!!!!

Yours truly,
Bebby Ima

It's true that a person who can properly plan ...

The Lost Opportunities

Lost Opportunities and the Lessons They Leave Behind Have you ever looked back and thought, “If only I had done this differently…”? If we’re being honest, most of us have. Regrets have a way of creeping into our memories, nudging us to reflect on the choices we made or failed to make. But what really informs the decisions we take? How do we know which path deserves a “yes” and which deserves a firm “no”? By definition, opportunity is a favorable set of circumstances that makes progress possible. Some describe it as a chance, a moment, or a window in time when action could change everything. And here’s the truth: opportunities aren’t just the big, shiny doors we dream about; they’re woven into everyday life. Each day hands us chances to learn, love, impact someone, make progress, or even just pause to appreciate life. The problem is, many of us don’t notice them until they’ve slipped away. In this post, let’s explore life’s rare opportunities the kind that could alter the co...
